Lady Carla is the First Lady of The Worship Center where she serves faithfully with her husband Pastor Lloyd Allen, III.  She is a loving wife and mother to one son, Caleb Roque Allen.  She has a deep concern for saints to live holistically and realize the kingdom benefit of a balanced life, which encapsulates the mind, body, & soul.

First Lady Allen is a servant in the very sense of the word.  Upon relocating to Arkansas, she joined New Calvary Temple COGIC under the leadership of Bishop Donne Lindsey, Sr.  There she served as the coordinator of the Greeter’s ministry, she was extremely involved in the Youth/YAM, Minister’s Wives, and Health ministries.  In 2012, she followed the leadership and worked to help The Worship Center come to fruition.  At TWC, Lady Allen is the coordinator of the Health & Wellness ministry, each year she organizes a very successful Community Health Fair.  She also serves on the Women’s ministry leadership team as president of the Business & Professional Women’s Unit.  Her prayers and unwavering support of her husband, Pastor Allen, is her most endeared kingdom service.

Lady Carla is a native of Natchitoches, LA.  She received her Doctorate of Pharmacy from University of Louisiana at Monroe (ULM) in 2004.  Dr. Allen completed a clinical pharmacy practice residency at Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) in 2005 and worked as a retail pharmacist for several years until returning to CAVHS as a clinical pharmacist in the Anticoagulation Clinic. She currently works as a Rural Health Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at CAVHS with emphasis on diabetes management.  Additionally, she serves as preceptor for 4th year University of Arkansas Medical Sciences (UAMS) Pharmacy Students and post-graduate pharmacy residents.  She remains employed with Walgreens Pharmacy as a PRN Pharmacist. Lady Carla is a proud member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority and serves as chaplain in the Beta Pi Omega chapter of Little Rock, AR.  As the very first crowned queen of her community, she decided to give back and has been Director of the Cane River Creole Heritage beauty pageant for the past five (5) years.
